Here's the current limiting factor. The amount of time it currently takes for the magic elixir to do its job is about 15-20 seconds, too long for a typical diabetic to wait to take the test. So it will take work and it will take 2-3 years to make it all commercial. I would try to do it myself or have my company work on it, but I do not have the development resources available.
