Did you all know that Natural Language Processing, think computers reading text, has become so powerful that agencies that employ social media influencers for their clients have tools to automatically "scrape" our comments from these boards, from Twitter, from Facebook, or Instagram, analyze the words, and extract sentiment or semantic similarity from them? What does that mean? It means that every time we mention the negative forces/voices/trolls, we are very likely helping them, and that is not non-sense. And if these agencies are not doing this, they are not state-of-the-art. lol
