Even if they still do the dividend next week and don't delay it, depending on how the dividend is handled, with the PPS right now a 1.62, if it is not a 50% PPS cut, shareholders will still come out ok. If it is anywhere near just a percentage based on the 22 million shares or so, then the PPS should still be good and with double the shares, shareholders should be in good shape.
