I can easily foresee a scenario whereby it might take a little LONGER to get the deal, because Locust won't let IPIX be pushed around in negotiations.
But the silly claims we've seen about timing -- anyone who has had any dealings with a large institution, much less a big pharma with its many layers of bureaucracy and the CYA mentality (who wants to be the one who gets fired for committing the company to an expensive deal, if it ends up not panning out?) -- well, think of what you think is a reasonable time frame, then double it -- and then triple that reasonable time frame is probably as soon as you can expect a deal to be made.
