It appears that DECN waited three weeks from the hearing date to provide a synopsis and update on the October 2 hearing in the Federal Circuit court. I would still bet that J&J, like the arrogant big babies that they are, will complain in writing to the judge panel. That, in my opinion, will be a big mistake, so let them do it. In fact that may have been KB's plan.
