I do not know for sure. They're going to have a conference call in a few weeks to walk us through this thing.
I believe AMBS will stop trading at some point in a few months and you will be the proud new owner of a bunch of preferred Emerald stock.
The market cannot figure this out right now. PR has been out, but word only reaching broader market now.
I am uncertain. If I had seen a PR today that said Biogen was acquiring us for $100M I wouldn't believe that either, such is the trauma we've all been through.
