A corporation/conglomerate can choose the end of any quarter for its fiscal year-end. So I dont see any reason to wait for the new year for UNVC.
The issue of a tax year end coming soon would be for those shareholders who choose to take profit and have little time to offset year end taxes. A simply solution for them is to wait for the new tax year before taking profit. Try and plan ahead. IMO this may be one to hold and not your regular OTC pop and run away stock.
