FYI - I called FINRA and they said they don’t do auto adjustments. They take information given by the company and send notices to the market. So market makers will do the adjustment based on the notice given by FINRA.
If Gnbt will emphasize the correct information to FINRA and if FINRA can give correct notice, then hopefully market makers will make the correct adjustments.
