I think you will be there for a little while because as you guys say things take time and I don't see an approved permit or this rig on any location.  If they are building up the drilling pads and preparing the location then it could be a month.  The reason I am asking all of this is because as we found out the 4th quarter isn't going to bring us money and we are here in Feb. and we haven't done anything this year.  The first quarter will not bring us new revenue because if they haven't drilled yet, then they haven't produced yet, if they haven't produced then they can't sell it, if they don't sell it then they pay their bills with our money.  I understand things take time but the words that come out of Treaty management don't indicate that things take time.  They give us dates and we think of those dates.  The things that take time should be added into the dates they give us.  So as it stands now there will be a 3 month window where we didn't do anything yet they spent a lot of our money on God knows what and we haven't gotten anything accomplished.
