Exactly and he keeps stating he can't say anything publicly unless it is in a CC, which makes no sense, since he said all of that in a CC publicly, so he / GNBT should be able to follow up in a PR (publicly) since it is on record what was originally stated.

They can go on a podcast and state things, why can't they just state things in following up in a PR to further give the clarification to the questions? They did it once already.
