I don't necessarily disagree with you. If a PR did come out, it would have to be something very substantial that would make a defining impact and I'm not sure at the moment what that would be based on events occurring, so....
The 10-K does need to come and very soon and needs to be very positive, anything less and I think that would cause even more downside.
