Just to clarify the details one more time for anyone still unclear about this. Rocky Mountain High Brands has been granted the ONLY permits for distribution of CBD infused beverages in Mexico. The permits are for the private label beverages Rocket High and California, and are being manufactured by us for CBD Life.

The Green Lotus CBD infused beverages are also being manufactured by RMHB, but those are for distribution in the US. I'm sure Green Lotus and HEMPd CBD infused beverages will eventually be approved for distribution and sale in Mexico. Currently our focus with those is on domestic distribution/sales, and the HEMP round table members like RMHB are working closely with the FDA and are very near at least preliminary FDA guidance for retail distribution in the US.

For now, we'll enjoy exclusivity in Mexico as far as CBD infused beverages go, and that could be for as long as a couple of years. Based on the response that CBD Life got from their most recent marketing tests, this deal should blow the roof off for both CBD Life and Rocky Mountain High Brands.
