Has anyone been involved in a merger of two companies before that are publicly traded. I imagine it is quite an undertaking.

I would love Joe to explain how you take 1-2 companies(NGIO privately held by GNBT and GNBT shareholders and possibly Kiromic-who knows how that company is structured) merge them and merge the again with a publicly traded company.
