Bids stacked above other bids on L2 can
hide lower bids and the 'cushion' was @ .0105.
If it is still there it would be revealed if higher
bids were taken out. Note the 'cushion' does not
seem to be slapping the ask just allowing others
to have at it and so acting like a 'cushion'.
