The 10K is important but the fact that Hartigan and to a lesser extent Squires are both tweeting and doing LinkedIn posts are activities that say the company is moving forward regardless of the 10K being public or not. What's different this time is they seem to have their act together.

They are marketing QDX Ledger actively, having presented to PMI in Italy, attending and some speaking at at least one conference, and talking up the tamper proof aspects of the product.
