Joe's lack of concern seemed to be about the uplist criteria other than the $2. Now that we've dipped below $2, we will need a new catalyst to get us back to $2/$3, and I don't believe the 10k will provide that kind of boost.
I think it will take significant cash/value boost from the NGIO spin, an additional Q report w higher revs, etc., or some unknown event to push us back to uplist levels.
