I'm here because I think the potential reward offsets the risk as it relates to my personal financial situation.
My point was that buyers (and holders) should be clear on the risks.
I do understand the science and opportunity (largely due to folks like you and Misiu).
I think the chance of combo not being approved for CYDY is greater than zero, because I think the chance of the BLA never getting completely filed is greater than zero. (Or, getting delayed 6+ months, allowing for the item in the next paragraph to occur before the filing/approval is completed).
My concern/fear is that more sophisticated financial players (e.g. noteholders, preferred shareholders and potential partners/acquirers) effectively take control of the company and effectively (if not completely) wipe out the common shareholders. This can happen via a large, preferred raise with terms that massively dilute the common.
