The problem with delaying dividend is when are they going to delay it to now that we are under $2? Another 90 days? They have no way knowing how long it will take for the PPS to qualify for uplisting.
I am hoping gnbt can bite the bullet and do something huge that will move up the PPS before the dividend and get it over with it. That will make everyone really happy and shorts will be killed. Gnbt can then reap the benefits of being listed on nasdaq sooner than later and enjoy better financing terms.
Only need 5 trading days of $3 closing PPS from the nasdaq listing requirements under equity standard.
