SIML came up on my radar today. What an ugly stock.
Increase of Authorized Common Shares from 975,00,000 to 1,500,000,000.
Increase the number of authorized shares from 1,500,000,000 to 5,000,000,000 with the Secretary of State for Nevada.
3 hefty reverse splits in the last 4 years. Ouchie.
Kinda crazy how all this is legal.
