Regarding 10k, I am sure the balance sheet would look better...otherwise they would not have been able to apply for uplisting. No idea on revenue and income.

Regarding dividend, my guess is it will be distributed as promised. Lots of investors including myself bought more shares because of dividend. Delaying might cause some investors to lose confidence and sell and PPS would fall further...

PR on Issuing timely dividend will increase PPS and maybe there were some people sold shares without dividend attached...those people may panic and start to buy because they will receive due bill to pay those dividend....which will further drive up PPS.
