Re: BlackDoggie #9780
I an't argue with that - it is the situation we are in. However I do believe at some point, no matter what Nader or the BOD say or do, this drug is very valuable. I am surprised it was not bought out a long time ago mostly because i did not feel there was any added value in the team over the drug by itself. Why would a company partner with such an unproven team, even now? If the deal is as Nader detailed out, the partner company will be in charge of the marketing and sales so they are not relying on Cytodyn to bring some sort of experience.
I do think the gears are shifting in a big way and this deal will be very different than any other deal that we never heard about. There is a reason Nader is confident and bragging about it already. The partner company has made the decision that they want this, and made enough of a commitment. The terms don't look disparate at all for an indication that has been characterized by BP as "passed by". Just because the past is riddled with false hope, it does not mean the drug can't sell itself.
I do agree, however, If Nader does manage to screw this up and this partner walks - it will be bad.
