I think you misread my posting G. I am and have always been long. My concerns are about deal negotiations and the leverage to close them. The SP only concerns me from that perspective. If the deal doesn’t close next week, SP will likely go lower and we lose more leverage.

They still need money to get to the finish line and how they get that money matters a great deal for the leverage in negiations
