as written. Presently every law on the books regulating guns is unconstitutional.
Most of our founder didn't for see big run away government or excessive taxes either. Up until 1913 there was no such thing as big government.
Then we established the FED and away we went...fighting every other mans war and paying for it. Wasn't for Pandora's box being opened in the 60's. We would probably still be a nation of 180,000,000.
