At this point, yes, that's what it looks like to me. Not sure what the plans are for future financing, maybe more private placements, possibly with a with a small number of institutional investors??...that's would be nice.....hopefully no convertible debenture type financing is in the plans.
From the sounds of the last PR, and now that they are publicly trading, I would not be surprised to see acquisitions as they have a nice low o/s, could see target companies being acquired using all stock, or a combination of stock and cash, I would think a higher share price would be better for these types of deals.
Last year I know they were looking into expanding into other states that have a strong industrial base, lots of options for them now.
