I don't think etrade is going to lose much commission money with the call in on a low volume stock like UNVC.
They will lose a lot more money from people using other brokers as volume picks up. Nobody wants to call in buy orders, especially not the deep pocketed Investors who will be accumulating stock after filings/8k/etc.
