There were a couple of partners to choose from and DECN chose the hook.
What if another partner chosen? Seems that the mutually exclusive J&J never ending patent play and the companies core business channels would not have been ties up. So, you wouldn’t be sleeping with the enemy.
Like I said, I’m not running for office. I’m just a dismayed, long term shareholder that has no idea what the companies business strategy and why 25m is acceptable?
I anxiously await a PR that concludes this saga that increases shareholder value and conveys a strategic direction. How long does one need to wait?
Or maybe the company should have or needs to be sold so the vested buyer can come in and save the company? Yeah, your feeble attempt to turn the worm on patient but frustrated investors doesn’t play anymore.
