Btw - besides the possible delay in uplist, Imho, here are a couple of reasons for the recent sell off
1. People are not sure if the dividend will be delayed.
2. People are not sure how PPS will be adjusted after the dividend.
So, if gnbt confirms the dividend date and if gnbt finds out from FINRA/exchange that the PPS will be adjusted correctly after the dividend, the PPS may go up quickly...a 28% gain is pretty huge...again just using straight math for the gain calculation.
