Mr. Podcast, You are putting words in my mouth. In post 7861 ,I asked the question " If the panel rules in Decn's favor, what happens next"? To which I received no response...My understanding of a Settlement is that there will be a negotiation between 2 or more parties, in this case Jnj and Decn. Decn will have a number in mind that they will settle on, and JnJ will have a number they are willing to give to settle on, WITHOUT going to trial.. I was wondering why Decn would settle on, IMO, a number as low as $25 million, when the stated damage to them was $350 million?

I meant no offense to Decn, Mr. Berman, Pluto, or you....
