The longs ARE questioning the latest deal!! Only longs are the least bit interested in taking further risk. You see any buying volume at the ask? Me either! Attempting to conduct DD on a company that has a website a couple weeks old...with a familiar name connected to questionable deal with PTOI that went belly-up some time ago...after what... a year in waiting?? Seriously? Anyone in their right mind is taking this one with a grain of salt.

BUT...coming to a SMB questioning the "deal" is pointless...nobody here has an answer beyond the DD that only provides for more questions. Basically, Heddle has provided for the bare minimum in the filing..leaving plenty of gaps that could be filled with some "news". That he's mum on the filing..you can take that any way you want I suppose. I guess we'll understand when the money is in the bank or the thing goes belly up again...questionable shareholder treatment if you ask me..but.. I'm hoping his intent is to tighten the noose on the shorts...and I'm all in on that!

In the meantime ..the putrid volume and stale share price reflect plenty of long term shareholder questions...as it should. IMO
