Appreciate your insight and as a long term shareholder with a substantial investment I find it disingenuous to settle for 25M given what the company and shareholders were put through over the past 7 years and that includes significant shareholder dilution.
I’m not running for DECN office, I’m not trying to sway the court of public opinion on a low balled settlement amount, I’m not trying to tie the settlement and the licensing agreement together and I’m not looking for a quick cash infusion if it’s prob less then 25% of fair value.
I’m just a long term investor trying to understand why 25M is anywhere near fair value, why the royalty agreement isn’t yet signed and what the future strategy is for the company.
Like many I’ve waited out a long period of injustice that has stymied the company. Why would I think settling for 25M is acceptable when it seems all the chips are on my side?
