Well I guess i don't sugarcoat my statements.
Same said for you. For example and there are many, “File your complaint with the SEC or FBI...”. Guess you could have said, “if your not happy with the companies results or think it is being purposely mismanaged, you could contact the SEC”.
Like it or not perception is reality. Reality is the quarterly updates. Perception is different for everyone. My perception is that DECN was not touted as a patent play and that its survival was not tied to a patent win.
So focus on the core business, get the royalty agreement signed and leave j&j to the attorneys. And yes, 25M is not enough for all the BS the comommy and it’s dividend wanting shareholders have been through.
