Well stated LVgliders. I know for certain that Doctor Dalton and others are well aware of these developments, because I have sent him research articles and he has thanked me for them. With the mapping of the cannabis molecule, research can now be done at universities and research facilities without the fear of prosecution because now actual marijuana is no longer needed. Research currently conducted both in Spain and in Israel clearly show reduction of tumor size and even the complete disappearance of cancerous tumors with certain combinations of THC, CBD, and other elements of cannabis. In both countries, they are exploring the possibility of gaining FDA approval for specific cancers such as breast cancer and pancreatic cancer, and will try for ORPHAN DRUG status. This is the same approach taken to gain approval for the one drug that has gained FDA approval.
