IMHO, $25M is nothing short of a sell-out and a slap to DECN and shareholders.
Let me remind you that you cannot prosecute your lawsuit from bankruptcy court. $25 million is just fine thank you.
IMHO, no shareholder wants a dividend.
What planet are you living on. I would forecast three shareholder lawsuits against DECN and the directors if they do not pay a dividend. So I would disagree with you. If DECN has 4500 shareholders then I would guess 4400 of them want and will demand a cash dividend.
Further, most of the 4400 demanding shareholders do not care that DECN may have a successful business. Get them their $0.03 or $.04 per share. And that is a commentary on Barack Obama's America.
All just my opinion.
