Re: dw #28123
Hi dw, There is a proposed amendment in the works to change SEC rules so that all OTC stocks that are not current in SEC filings to be delisted to the grey market (no market maker bid/ask) even before a suspension or revocation. The amendment applies to both SEC registrants and non filers; however, is very vague for non filers as to what actually deems a non filer to be current? The proposal is open for 2 months for input and closes in November to be passed on to the bigwigs. Don't know much more about it and all I know is gathered through research, but apparently this has happened two times in the past and was rejected both times. I find this strikingly interesting now that this is in the works since the SEC ran rampant delisting and nullifying 100s of delinquent filers in just the past few months. I continue to research. I'm not alarmed, as I continue to keep my bids.
