I was more interested in learning about where DECN was in the evolution of this case. The door is still open for a Rule 36.

So it's not over until the final door has been closed. And like has been told as time passes the opposition may get more uncomfortable and be inclined to settle.

I'd like to see that threshold reached that we know the appeal process is over.
