2019-20 SEC Filing Dates for Smaller Companies (Non-accelerated filers, -e.g. SFOR)


Year 2019 Filing Dates/ Due Date

10Q (for 3rd qtr 2019 ending 9/30/19) due:11/14/19
10K (for year ending 12/31/19) due: 03/30/20

Year 2020 Filing Dates:

10Q (for Ist qtr 2020 ending 3/31/20) due: 05/15/20
10Q (for 2nd qtr 2020 ending 06/30/20) due: 08/14/20
10Q )for 3rd qtr 2020 ending 09/30/20) due: 11/16/20
10K (for year ending 12/31/20) due: 03/31/21



General Info Re: SFOR SEC Filing Deadlines:

Note: SFOR is classified by the SEC as a “Non-accelerated filer”

You can look these filing dates up yourself, once you know that SFOR is a small company (Non-accelerated) filer.

Just google “SEC 2020 Non-Accelerated Filing Calendar.”

Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for Non-Accelerated Filer: Due 45 days after fiscal quarter end
Annual Report on Form 10-K for Non-Accelerated Filer: Due 90 days after fiscal year end
