one would be correct in commenting that the U.S. Patent remains in play
ongoing back and forth

of course some with *interest* (sarcasm) apparently didn't realize that P2O's founder *consults* with P2O

the news in the 10K (filed in April 2018) seemed to come as a surprise to 2 posting here
over the last month or so
