When you speak to dd people like Donahoe the questions should be what’s the difference between a new listing of a company and a relisting of a company on Nasdaq for many years
Are there differentials as it pertains to shareholders count, board lots, history, being far far over requirements in main areas of compliance, what’s the difference in the 2.00 pricing rules posted and what’s that differential
