When you come in to take over the company, all of these decisions made by Mr. Berman will be yours to make. If you wish to kill any settlement talks with J&J because you anticipate (wrongly) the outcome, or if you wish to kill the case, that will be your decision. In the meantime I am sticking with Mr. Berman a man with 42 years industry experience who has already defeated J&J twice. But obviously you know better about this and everything else.
