I am raising my personal odds against a Rule 36 to 99.6955%. It is on to January 2020 except that the pressures on J&J to settle the case, given their poor performance in oral arguments, not to mention a lack of a case against DECN, make for vice-like pressure a little twist of the vice every day. The last thing J&J wants is another trial when they have no defense. We have all seen how that goes for them.
