the SEC is bought and paid for .. but even with that known
.. they recognize the easiest aspect NR *CONtrolls* on an OTC target is the PPS
discovery will reveal exactly who is CONtrolling the *volume* (80% on avg in 2019 by CDEL/ETRF/NITE)
pssst .. oh and just an fyi .. this isn't remotely unique to IPI .. it's SOP by NR
what is unique .. is most OTC targets neither survive let alone outlast NRs' *efforts*
