I was never clear why either sir and my thoughts were waiting for ACS to start banking funds, then would pay or....buyout ALL SFOR IP and ACS will get a piece of the action. SFOR IP should remain as a package to whoever the buyer will be -- keep together that makes the best ONLY Encrypted OOB/MFA technology in the Ecosystem -- SFOR IP!

I don't believe Mr. Kay can state exactly why at this time, but we may find out next month.

I'm still very good with my decision to invest with SFOR and truly believe we will have an Awesome ROI here!
