Obviously I thought I was replying to a PM rather than a post however since having some time to think about this has caused me to think about the manipulation of IPIX. With all the documentation on record mght we be able to get this group from the Boston office of the SEC to take a look at IPIX and its history? They could start with MAKO and all those who were enriched by them. For them I am sure uncovering and exposing the parties involved would be easily accomplished. Bringing criminal charges would certainly act to deter others from doing the same and I can't imagine investors not being pleased by the SEC actually doing something to protect investors. Thoughts? Go IPIX!!!
