Mark already answered on Twitter why the increase in AS and sadly it’s not because of an acquisition or a merger or anything great like that.
He said: We had to increase the authorize because convertible loans we got paid convert shares 6 mo. later 6x the shares. So we reserve 6x more shares then necessary. The outstanding remains the same until additional shares are sold, which happens slowly.
We haven’t had good news since we found out we won against Microsoft. It’s been one set back after another.
