Ok, so let me ask this. we are now at 1.97. Nothing we can do about that now.
Let's say just for the sake of argument, that we have to wait 90 days. Ok, so that happens.
10-K still is coming out, with good news expected, so that SHOULD raise PPS a bit I would think.
Dividend happens or not? Does that make a 50% price split or not?
NGIO is at the end of November. What does that do for PPS if we are on the OTC still? A big bump in the PPS, no bump or a small bump? That would make a difference as well. If we get to 3.00 or 4.00 PPS because of NGIO, then 90 days does not apply and it's cut to 10 or 5 days.
