Obviously we are not going to learn anything from e-trade by talking to a rep. But as I told the guy there, you do not just require phone orders for no reason. There has been no unusual activity on this stock-some days we have 2 million in volume and some days less than a million-the PPS has little fluctuations-not reasons to require phone-in orders, so something caused this. What the reasons are I do not know, but must assume it has something to do with pending actions.
