I also tried to place an online buy order with E-Trade several times today and it says online orders cannot be placed for this symbol and to call the toll free number. I just called and the girl said the same thing. She did not know anything. I say, What is going on? I need my UNVC. I got another phone call and got interrupted and am calling E-Trade back to buy some .013's.
