Of course it may be beneficial to us to not cut it that close time-wise between the uplist and the dividend. Say if we are uplisted on the 26th, and the price is still at 2, and then with the dividend the price goes down to 1.4 or whatever, that doesn't seem appealing. Maybe give pps a week or two on the Nasdaq before issueing the dividend. That gives the pps time to rise before the dividend.
