Just FYI - I checked with Donohoe...90 consecutive trading days at $2. If falls below $2, the clock resets.
According to my calculations, 90 days ends 10/25, next Friday (does anyone else have a different date?)
Of course Donohoe could not give me the specifics of gnbt whether this is something that can be waived but let’s just play safe...7 more trading days....we can do it!
