They made significant quality related process upgrades at the bottling facility and cleared out the old inventory. That occurred when we saw the emergence of "Spirit Water". I was told that the new Eagle Spirit Spring Water is the water for distributing to all Native American locations named in robinsonst1's post and possibly any government contracts secured, which I think may have been the reason for the upgrades in the first place.
